The Open Heart Cookie Company began as a way to share my love of baking with family and friends- and to extend that to a larger audience.
The idea first came to light when I created uniquely patterned heart shaped cookies for our daughter’s wedding, inspired by the cookie table wedding tradition in my hometown of Pittsburgh. Pennsylvania

Each cookie may look unique on the outside, but inside they share the same basic ingredients—just like people.
